Lead generation doesn’t have to feel heavy or forced. In this session, we’ll reframe how you approach lead gen by identifying strategies that fit your personality, building a simple daily plan you’ll actually stick to, and shifting the focus to tracking effort and progress...not just leads.
The goal is consistency, confidence, and a system that works with you, not against you.
A recording of each session will be available 24 hours after session completion.
Attendees will have access to the recording for 60 days following session completion.

About Your Facilitators
Brad Knowles and Melissa Nickerson-Pratt bring decades of real-world experience helping agents build businesses that work. Brad has spent over 20 years as an agent, coach, instructor, and Team Leader, known for his practical, grounded approach to leadership and growth. Melissa is a business coach and the Director of Operations for one of Portland, Maine’s top real estate teams.
Together, they blend big-picture strategy with behind-the-scenes know-how to deliver clear, actionable conversations in every Agent Shift session.
