AGENT SHIFT
REALIGN - REFOCUS - RECHARGE
January 15, 2026 | 1:30pm - 2:30pm EST | Livestream Session
You’re busy...but busy doesn’t always mean intentional. Agent Shift is a once-a-month reset designed to help you step back, cut through the noise, and refocus on what actually moves your business forward.
Each session starts with a focused idea or challenge to shift your thinking, followed by real conversation with agents who are in it just like you. No fluff. No lectures. Just practical perspective, honest discussion, and clarity you can take straight back into your business.
It’s structured, relaxed, and built to help you stay aligned, make better decisions, and keep momentum...month after month.
IN THIS SESSION
Working ON Your Business, Not Just IN It
If your days are full but your business still feels reactive, this session is for you. We’ll take a step back to look at where your time is really going, identify the tasks that are pulling you out of your highest-value work, and help you shift from being the constant doer to the intentional business owner.
You’ll learn how to build protected “CEO time” into your weekly schedule so you can focus on strategy, growth, and decisions that actually move your business forward.
A recording of each session will be available 24 hours after session completion.
Attendees will have access to the recording for 60 days following session completion.
