About Your Facilitators

Brad Knowles and Melissa Nickerson-Pratt bring decades of real-world experience helping agents build businesses that work. Brad has spent over 20 years as an agent, coach, instructor, and Team Leader, and is known for his practical, grounded approach to leadership and growth. Melissa is a business coach and Director of Operations for one of Portland, Maine’s top-performing real estate teams.

Together, they blend big-picture strategy with behind-the-scenes know-how to lead clear, practical conversations in every Agent Shift session, helping you step back, refocus, and move forward with intention.
