You don’t have a market problem...you have a courage problem. Sellers need truth. Buyers need leadership. In this market, too many agents are trying to be liked instead of respected.

This session focuses on the conversations that actually move deals forward: price reductions without apology, handling “we’re going to wait,” and telling buyers what they need to hear without losing trust. Confidence isn’t built in easy contracts...it’s built in hard conversations.


A recording of each session will be available 24 hours after session completion.
Attendees will have access to the recording for 60 days following session completion.

Brad Knowles and Melissa Nickerson-Pratt bring decades of real-world experience helping agents build businesses that work. Brad has spent over 20 years as an agent, coach, instructor, and Team Leader, and is known for his practical, grounded approach to leadership and growth. Melissa is a business coach and Director of Operations for one of Portland, Maine’s top-performing real estate teams.

Together, they blend big-picture strategy with behind-the-scenes know-how to lead clear, practical conversations in every Agent Shift session, helping you step back, refocus, and move forward with intention.
